Job Description
Support global accounts lead by serving as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all client deliverables, projects, and reports. Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and priorities; also, develop and execute account plans, timelines, and service-level agreements. Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and Client Success to align deliverables and processes as well as collaborate with commercial and product leads to scope, position, and pre-sell new solutions.
