What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and web chats to assist guests with planning mountain vacations.
- Identify guest needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide service such as changes, cancellations, and payments.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and computer navigation.
