Job Description
The Quality Program Administrator will oversee the Member Services/Policy Change call quality monitoring program through developing and maintaining the process review criteria. This role includes writing procedures and documentation, analyzing data, and conducting monitoring of designated Member Service Advocate’s calls. The Administrator will provide coaching to advocates, offering recommendations on training content to maximize departmental efficiencies and effectiveness. Identifying process improvement opportunities and providing feedback to managers and advocates are also key responsibilities.
