Passionate about helping users solve technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering outstanding support experiences? We’d love to have you in our Talent Pool for upcoming opportunities as an IT Service Desk Specialist. The estimated start date is February - March 2026 and the interview process begins in January 2026.

In this role you will Provide L1–L2 technical support to end-users remotely, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and manage tickets via ITSM tools. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Office 365 environments and escalate incidents appropriately and following up until resolution.

Bonus points for Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Experience. Work with global teams and prominent brands in a people-first, 100% remote work culture.
