About You:
- Proficient in air fares and ticketing.
- Possess expert knowledge of the Galileo GDS system.
- Have great communication skills, fluency in English.
What You'll Do:
- Manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email.
- Ensure all service level agreements are met.

Working Hours:
