Job Description
Sayari is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this contract role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across a variety of R&D functions, including Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Security Engineering, and Product. You'll work closely with our Senior TA Partner for R&D and various hiring managers, building robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter. Conduct initial outreach and compelling candidate pitches that highlight Sayari's mission and opportunities. Review and assess resumes from our ATS (currently Lever, moving over to Greenhouse) to identify suitable candidates. Perform initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and position fit. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future R&D hiring needs. Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies. This is a contract position, requiring 30-40 hours per week.
