Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, consultative partner to join our Revenue Operations team. Your focus will be our Client Operations teams, including Onboarding, Union Payroll, Payroll Operations, Insurance Operations and Tax Operations teams, working to diagnose operational challenges, design scalable solutions, and drive efficiency. You will engage deeply with stakeholders to uncover root causes of friction, recommend high-impact process improvements, and ensure solutions align with our operational goals. You’ll use your Salesforce Administrator expertise to configure certain features and workflows in addition to collaborating with our Systems Architect for more complex technical builds.
