We are seeking an IT Manager to lead Super.com’s Enterprise IT service team, overseeing global IT support, infrastructure, device management, and service delivery. Oversee the digital workplace environment, including device management, identity services, communication platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Manage and mentor the IT support team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for incident resolution, response times, and customer satisfaction. Implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party service providers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with information security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
