Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Promote product solutions according to customer thesis.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals

Education:

• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers.
• Conduct technical seminars and exhibitions.
• Conduct presentations and webinars on the product.

Expert support:

• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support key enterprise deployments when required

Product/ internal contribution:

• Test product features and write technical documentation.
• Market research and comparative characteristics of competitors products.
