Automation and Innovation:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using AI, scripts, and orchestration tools.

• Build and maintain API integrations to connect disparate systems and create seamless data flows.

• Deploy modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, or similar) to manage multi-step automated workflows.

Workflow Optimization:

• Partner with department leaders to identify workflow bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities for automation.

• Establish a systematic approach to prioritize automation opportunities based on measurable business outcomes.

• Track and measure performance of automation initiatives through dashboards and KPIs.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Experienced with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and webhooks.

• Familiar with modern orchestration tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
