Job Description

Business Development:

  • Own responsibility for sales activities in Europe within the IndX GmbH Sales Team for Siemens solution-related opportunities.
  • Drive new lead generation: Engage with inbound leads from SDR/Marketing and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Account Management:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by detecting new opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Lead customer engagements through the full deal lifecycle until closure.
  • Serve as Key Account Manager for strategic clients and build strong, trust-based relationships with major accounts.

Partnerships & Industry Engagement:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners to generate new business.
  • Align closely with the IndX Global Siemens Partner Manager on campaigns, initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent IndX at industry events, trade shows, and partner/customer forums.
