Senior Applied AI Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Lead technical execution of complex AI initiatives, owning design and delivery of solutions within a product or technical domain.
• Design, build, train, evaluate, and improve advanced ML and LLM systems for products like conversational AI and clinical decision support.
• Partner with clinicians, product, and engineering to translate medical requirements into ML problems and ship measurable improvements.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 3+ years of engineering experience and 1+ year building ML systems including generative AI.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and practical understanding of modern LLM techniques like RAG and fine-tuning.
• Bias toward action and ownership; ability to cross-collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and engineers.
