Duties:
- General supervision of the proper functioning of the borough office.
- Ensuring the efficient and timely operation of office procedures and programs, such as pre-trial and in-court settlement programs.
- Helping to ensure proper handling of responsive and affirmative motions.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be graduates of an ABA approved law school and admitted and in good standing with the NYS bar.
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational, managerial, and supervisory abilities.
- Solid knowledge of municipal tort law, the CPLR, and evidentiary issues.
