About the Role:
- We are seeking a high-performing Solutions Engineer specializing in IT Security and Compliance to serve as the technical backbone of our sales process.
- You will act as a trusted advisor for our security portfolio, guiding customers through pre-sale strategies and post-sale implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver deep-dive technical discoveries and customized, scenario-based product demonstrations aligned with client threat profiles.
- Design robust, multi-layered security and compliance frameworks in partnership with Account Executives.
- Provide post-sale technical consulting, assisting with deployment strategies and ongoing security optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bring 5+ years of pre-sales or technical solution architecture experience in cybersecurity or managed security solutions.
- Possess hands-on knowledge of email security, Microsoft 365 security management, SIEM log analysis, and MDR workflows.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC compliance frameworks.
