You'll be the go-to person for operators, answering their questions and providing expert guidance via email, chat, and phone. You'll not only support our growing online business but also contribute to the development and training of your colleagues. Provide real-time support to tour operators via email, live chat, and phone. Resolve escalated issues by investigating their root cause. Train operators on how to use our self-service tools for managing bookings and updating information. Facilitate smooth connectivity between operator systems and Viator/TripAdvisor systems.
