Accountabilities:
- Lead analysis, documentation, and delivery of coding, billing, and policy-related business solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and operational requirements.
- Develop claims processing instructions, operational procedures, and policy documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum six years of experience as a Business Analyst or Medical Coding Analyst.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential or equivalent expertise required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, claims adjudication, and billing workflows.
