- Take company goals and translate them into a clear, prioritized marketing plan with measurable quarterly goals.
- Ensure every initiative contributes to pipeline growth, customer expansion, or brand awareness.
Product Marketing:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deeply understand new capabilities and identify differentiated messaging.
- Build sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, customer stories, and launch plans to help the Commercial team succeed.
Event Marketing:
- Decide which events are worth attending or sponsoring each quarter.
- Own organizer outreach and logistics to ensure Portcast shows up where buyers are.
Team Leadership and Cross Functional Influence:
- Lead and mentor a lean team of two marketers, setting clear priorities and providing regular feedback.
- Partner closely with the CEO and other departments to align marketing with business priorities.
