Job Description
Own the end to end paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, driving qualified pipeline growth across three distinct verticals (B2B, B2Gov, B2SMB) through strategic budget allocation, campaign structures, and performance optimization that aligns with business goals. Manage daily campaign operations and optimization, including keyword research and expansion, ad copy, bid strategy implementation, negative keyword management, and testing of advanced tactics. Develop and execute a continuous testing framework, running A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, to identify optimization opportunities and drive incremental performance gains. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that drive ongoing optimization and learning and reporting regularly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, SEO/content, product marketing, creative, and marketing operations teams to align paid search with broader marketing initiatives, optimize landing pages, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
