About the Role:
- Own lifecycle and transactional journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app via Iterable.
- Develop dynamic, behavior-based customer experiences and run experiments.
- Draft persuasive copy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Multi-year experience owning lifecycle for consumer products.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in ambiguous data.
