The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and providing risk management solutions tailored to personal lines clients of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage. While there are processes to help generate new business opportunities, building and managing a strong pipeline of potential clients is required. The candidate will present customized insurance solutions, establish and maintain long-term relationships, and create comprehensive insurance proposals. Reviewing policy renewals, communicating with clients, and staying current with industry trends are also key responsibilities.
