Head of Product

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, strategy, prototyping, specification, launch, and iteration.
• Work directly with customers to identify high-value workflow problems and translate them into product direction.
• Turn ambiguous customer needs into clear product strategy, priorities, and execution plans.

Requirements:

• Significant product management leadership experience from concept to launch in enterprise software or AI.
• Demonstrated ability to personally prototype products using modern AI-native tools.
• Strong technical fluency and product judgment in AI-enabled systems and LLM-powered applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI products in financial services or high-consequence domains.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and evolving them into scalable offerings.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
