Director, Proposal Management and Writing

This Director role is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of proposal development for RFI, RFQ, and RFP submissions, from initial qualification to final submission. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing RFPs to identify requirements and evaluating attachments to ensure they address proposal requirements. The Director will also develop comprehensive proposal project plans and oversee editing, proofreading, and final packaging of all proposals to ensure clarity and compliance. They will design and manage a content library and proposal templates.
