Job Description
CSCI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Workflow Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support the mission of the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC).
In this role, you will drive automation, streamline change management, and integrate with external tools to enhance operational efficiency across critical logistics and IT service functions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow workflows based on government requirements
Coordinate with Serena Business Management (SBM) stakeholders to migrate legacy workflows
Build and maintain system change request (SCR) and change control board (CCB) workflows
Develop dashboards, reports, and Kanban boards to improve operational visibility and performance tracking
Support outage tracking, firewall request automation, and TLS certificate management activities
