Job Description

Making proactive contact with existing and prospective clients through leads generated by the company client database, website, social media presence, industry connections and trade events. Attend trade events to increase visibility and awareness by exhibiting, networking and promoting PK1Cloud offerings. Handling incoming telephone calls, voicemail or email from clients and prospects that are sales related. Using proactive email communication to complement telephone, video call and/or in-person communication with clients and prospects. Using a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Recognizing client needs and recommending products and consulting services that meet those needs. Conducting product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Identifying opportunities to cross sell other company solutions and services offerings. Working closely with the Product Team to relay client feedback as well as improvements and/or enhancements suggested for the product. Upon identification of a proposal opportunity, developing pricing for products in scope. When opportunities arise through cross selling, engaging with the appropriate internal consulting resource to develop a proposal. Building a strong sales pipeline. Utilizing a client relationship management system (CRM) to plan, prioritize, track and measure selling activities. Creating and inputting a weekly status report of sales activities including client interactions and pipeline progress. Developing and executing strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Negotiating pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively. Seeing the entire process through to closing of the sale, delivery of the product, and feedback from the client.
