Payroll Executive

The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing payroll across the group, including associated entities and upcoming acquisitions. This role plays a pivotal part in harmonising payroll operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy. As the payroll migration lead, the individual will oversee all phases of system transition - from planning through go-live and post-implementation review - including ownership of the discovery phase, execution of parallel runs, and assurance of seamless end-to-end process alignment.

Responsibilities include overseeing data cleansing, mapping, and validation of legacy payroll records; processing monthly payrolls accurately using HiBob for UK entities; ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and GDPR; owning the end-to-end payroll migration workstream; collaborating with HR and other departments; and maintaining payroll security and confidentiality. The role requires strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, experience with payroll systems like HiBob, and proven ability to manage migration timelines.
