Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project, providing executive-level subject matter expertise.
- Lead development of quality improvement frameworks tailored to women Veterans' healthcare programs.
- Oversee assessment of VA Medical Center performance data and gap analyses.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in VA healthcare administration and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Direct experience within the VA healthcare enterprise with familiarity of its hierarchy and governance.
