Job Description
As a Deel IT Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for onboarding, growing and the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers, focused on improving retention and contributing to the overall company revenue targets. Must develop and nurture client relationships, provide support, onboarding guidance and training to ensure customers are set up from for success from day one. The role requires becoming a trusted partner, understanding business needs, and proactively identifying opportunities. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of client success experience, fluency in English & Spanish or German, communicate effectively and experience with complex B2B SaaS products.
