Responsibilities:
- Calculate monthly accrued commissions and paid commissions within month-end close deadlines.
- Update the commission system with employee changes and plan changes on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure accurate responses to employee inquiries regarding commissions and incentives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of commission or payroll experience.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables.
