Daily Tasks:
- Review and reconcile accounts, analyzing billing and payment data.
- Investigate discrepancies to uncover missed revenue opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend process improvements.
Discrepancy Resolution:
- Research and reconcile customer chargebacks, deductions, and underpayments.
- Audit account data to identify patterns of underbilling or overpayment.
- Collaborate with finance, billing, and operation leaders to resolve errors.
Reporting:
- Compile and present financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Track recovery metrics and recommend improvements to prevent future losses.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support revenue capture.
