Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges.
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow AI demonstrations.
  • Build demo flows demonstrating AI-enhanced capabilities.

AI Adoption:

  • Translate customer pain points into experience journeys.
  • Advise customers on AI adoption best practices and governance.
  • Lead design-thinking sessions for workflow reimagination.

Trusted Advisor:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow's AI roadmap.
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
  • Assist clients through enterprise-wide deployments.
