- Translate customer pain points into experience journeys.
- Advise customers on AI adoption best practices and governance.
- Lead design-thinking sessions for workflow reimagination.
Trusted Advisor:
- Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow's AI roadmap.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
- Assist clients through enterprise-wide deployments.
