Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with functional leaders to understand their specific needs, provide counsel, and empower managers. You will also coach managers, drive accountability for processes like performance reviews, and onboard new managers. You'll be responsible for HR compliance, talent lifecycle strategy, and handling day-to-day needs involving compensation, policy interpretation, employee relations, and leave management. You will contribute to the Manager Training Program. Using data and analytics to inform key business decisions.
