Implementation Project Manager

AutogenAI seeks a customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to lead US enterprise client Implementation and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable Implementation frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end Implementation for enterprise customers, development and implement a scalable Implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients and providing expert guidance on organizational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools. You'll also strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during Implementation, establish a structured transition process from Implementation to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention and collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
