You’ll own all operations data, developing and maintaining key Operations dashboards and KPIs. This will involve partnering with our vendors, CS team, and other cross functional teams to standardize and distribute key operating metrics across the organization. You will collaborate with the Data Analytics team to ensure alignment on data quality standards and best practices, actively participating in weekly functional meetings to support ongoing QA initiatives and operational consistency. You’ll make connections between data with the operations, think creatively to find opportunities to improve processes based on those findings, and deliver those findings with solutions to the Ops teams to drive prioritization. You’ll own and execute cross-functional initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency from ideation to completion.This means unearthing data and insights through analysis to design solutions that weigh customer impact with cost and operational complexity. You'll apply your strategy and operations expertise to drive significant process improvements and work with the leadership team to establish feedback loops that ensure our efforts are aligned with key organizational priorities and goals.
