Automation & AI Specialist

Supercharge Moxie’s efficiency by building practical, reliable automations and AI agents that help teams move faster and smarter. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll blend technical execution, systems thinking, and collaboration to turn repetitive workflows into seamless, scalable solutions. You’ll work with teams across Moxie — from Operations and Marketing to Sales, Product, and Finance — to identify bottlenecks and launch automations and Glean Agents that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and save valuable time. This role reports to Sinthuja Bates, Head of Operations Enablement. As an Automation & AI Specialist, partner with leaders across teams to understand needs, prioritize requests, and iterate based on real-world feedback. You’ll Design and Build Automations using Zapier based workflows that connect systems, streamline handoffs, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
