The Role:
- You will help define the operational delivery of assigned national and international tours across the EMEA region.
- You will gather operational requirements from TM Music, local markets, and internal stakeholders.
- You will act as the primary operational contact for assigned tours throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support during critical onsales, including monitoring event performance and assisting with issue triage.
- Support Marketplace operational tools such as Smart Queue, Password Server, and Offering configuration.
- Act as a key operational partner for French markets and the Trium platform, ensuring operational readiness.
What You'll Need:
- Experience with Ticketmaster Host, Microflex, or Trium event management systems.
- Previous experience in a Client Account Manager, Event Programming, or similar operational function.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
