Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain events within the Paciolan platform.
- Consult with clients on platform functionality and industry best practices.
- Communicate custom eCommerce requests with development teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in ticketing or live events industry.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Willingness to travel overnight and participate in on-call rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working with the Paciolan platform.
