Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and maintain events within the Paciolan platform.
  • Consult with clients on platform functionality and industry best practices.
  • Communicate custom eCommerce requests with development teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in ticketing or live events industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working with the Paciolan platform.
