About the Role:

  • Sporting Events represents one of CharterUP’s largest untapped growth opportunities within Enterprise Events.
  • This role focuses on generating new business within mid-market and enterprise sporting events including tournaments, races, collegiate athletics, and large-scale fan experiences.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive enterprise seller who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building markets from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build pipeline within the sporting events vertical by prospecting and developing relationships with decision-makers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, navigating procurement and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Develop vertical expertise and expand strategic accounts for repeat annual business and long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience with a focus on sporting events, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to prospect and build pipeline independently while managing long, relationship-driven sales cycles.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
