Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a high-volume support queue with speed and accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathetic resolutions.
  • Support customers through the TeamSnap ONE migration.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
  • Proven track record in a high-volume book of business.
  • Sports industry experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • OTE of $63,000, inclusive of base and commissions.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and location.
