Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a high-volume support queue with speed and accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathetic resolutions.
- Support customers through the TeamSnap ONE migration.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
- Proven track record in a high-volume book of business.
- Sports industry experience preferred.
Compensation:
- OTE of $63,000, inclusive of base and commissions.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and location.
