What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a book of existing high-value brightwheel customers, building strong relationships and understanding each customer’s business priorities.
  • Proactively engage customers through calls, emails, and account planning to identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk.
  • Run tailored conversations and demos connecting customer needs to brightwheel solutions, owning the full retention and expansion cycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in a customer-facing, goal-oriented role, with sales, account management, or retention experience strongly preferred.
  • Results-driven, competitive, and motivated by helping customers succeed while driving measurable business growth.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can build trust with existing customers and guide conversations toward business outcomes.
