Role and Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of event organizer partnerships as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser.
- Lead partner onboarding end-to-end including pre-call research, live sessions, and follow-up education.
- Manage data flow between organizers and internal teams, including attendee lists, segmentation files, and sponsor deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4-8+ years of experience in Account Management at B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups.
- Proven track record managing and growing a book of business, including renewals, expansions, and executive relationships.
- Commercially sharp with strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and dashboards.
