What You'll Do:

  • Own day-to-day partner success and issue resolution, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Drive provider adoption and utilization by analyzing performance data and deploying targeted interventions to increase engagement.
  • Manage leadership and executive relationships, building trust and presenting performance insights to drive decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

  • BS/BA degree or five years of position-related experience; MBA is a plus, with experience in healthcare required.
  • Customer Success Management or Account Management experience in healthcare with a proven track record of retention and growth.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office, and ability to travel up to 25%.
