Job Description

This post-sales position focuses on individual clients and implementing Cotiviti solutions. The consultant installs, configures, and oversees the implementation of products at client sites. This includes installing products, configuring programs, tasks and guidelines, to fully implement a solution based upon a clientโ€™s specific needs. The Implementation Consultant will be the primary Client Services technical resource and will interface with the clientโ€™s technical resources. Responsibilities include coordinating with the client, collaborating with the Cotiviti Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager, and providing post-implementation support. The consultant will also deliver product training, develop training documentation, mentor internal teams, and work with customers as a SME. Strong written and verbal presentation skills are required. Must be comfortable interacting with clientโ€™s technical teams and managing testing and release cycle tasks.
