IT Network Engineer

As an IT Network Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing Flock's network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. You'll work closely with various departments, translating business needs into technical solutions and continually improving the network architecture to support evolving goals. The position requires expertise in network design and implementation, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, along with a solid understanding of network protocols and major network hardware and software. Moreover, it involves implementing and managing network security measures and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The first 90 days involve onboarding, familiarizing yourself with the network topology, independent troubleshooting, security review, documentation contribution, and leading network improvements.
