Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact after implementation.
  • Manage subscription renewals while proactively addressing adoption barriers.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure a strong customer-focused sales and launch process.

Relationship and Improvement:

  • Build deep relationships with key customer personnel and teams to improve up-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between customers and internal teams to advance adoption and solve problems.
  • Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Customer Focus:

  • Plan customer education on new features and releases.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive improvements.
  • Improve outcomes and relationships in the context of customer adoption.
