Responsibilities:
- Leads creation of in-depth test plans and conducts User Acceptance Testing.
- Participates in the design of technology solutions based upon business needs.
- Serves as a point person for strategic planning.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Requires ability to serve in support role in working with business leaders.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Requires strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field is desired.
- At least 5 years of relevant claims experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
