Job Description
Strategic Growth and Executive Influence:
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute the regional strategic deals and growth strategy.
- Directly influence outcomes on multi-million-dollar strategic deals.
- Facilitate executive vision and value workshops with C-suite and Board-level.
Build and Mentor an Elite Strategic Advisory Team:
- Build and lead a strategy and value advisory team.
- Instill a culture of excellence by coaching and enabling the team to deliver high-impact customer engagements.
- Drive organizational learning by driving adoption of best practices in strategic value-selling.
Organizational Alignment and Innovation:
- Foster a community of collaboration and knowledge sharing, working across internal functions.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership, including industry points of views, best practices and white papers.
- Act as a market expert providing data-driven feedback and expertise to Engineering, Product and Solutions.
