Job Description

Strategic Growth and Executive Influence:

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute the regional strategic deals and growth strategy.
  • Directly influence outcomes on multi-million-dollar strategic deals.
  • Facilitate executive vision and value workshops with C-suite and Board-level.

Build and Mentor an Elite Strategic Advisory Team:

  • Build and lead a strategy and value advisory team.
  • Instill a culture of excellence by coaching and enabling the team to deliver high-impact customer engagements.
  • Drive organizational learning by driving adoption of best practices in strategic value-selling.

Organizational Alignment and Innovation:

  • Foster a community of collaboration and knowledge sharing, working across internal functions.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership, including industry points of views, best practices and white papers.
  • Act as a market expert providing data-driven feedback and expertise to Engineering, Product  and Solutions.
