Integration Specialist

As an Integration Specialist, you will be part of the Global Integration Team, working with implementation teams and the integration team to deliver and support integration requirements for the RainFocus Products. The role involves: - Communicating clearly to peers and clients. - Working closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants. - Assessing, designing, and developing integrations to meet customer requirements. - Assisting Services teams with integration discovery and scoping. - Leading internal and external meetings with customers and vendors. - Managing integration timelines and providing technical client support. - Creating design documents, test cases, and unit testing. - Documenting integration elements before transitioning to support. - Being available for After Hours Support, when needed.
