About the Role:
- You will own and evolve the CRM program across four mattress brands, driving consumer revenue growth through lifecycle strategy and testing.
- You will oversee platform health for Klaviyo and Attentive, building complex multi-touchpoint journeys.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Direct the CRM calendar and segmentation strategy across brands, providing guidance to senior managers.
- Own the testing roadmap, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities in segmentation and personalization.
- Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of email and SMS marketing in eCommerce, with experience managing a team.
- Strong data analysis skills and testing instinct, comfortable with tools like Looker.
- Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive preferred, and knowledge of CAN-Spam laws.
