Senior Growth Manager, Lifecycle Management

Your Mission:

• Own lifecycle strategy, infrastructure, and best practices for email, SMS, push, and in-app.
• Build communications and journeys that deliver individualized and relevant messaging.
• Maintain best-in-class deliverability and messaging health.

Experimentation & Analysis:

• Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive campaigns and automations.
• Run experimentation across segment- and event-based campaigns.
• Analyze and report on lifecycle metrics to drive insights and action.

Program Management & Leadership:

• Coordinate sprint planning and manage the team’s roadmap and backlog.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the lifecycle management team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Copywriting, and Product Marketing partners.
