Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve Tiny Health’s lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey from activation through retention, upsell, and win-back.
  • Own all lifecycle email and SMS flows, campaigns, and transactional sequences in Klaviyo using Shopify and Recharge data.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations and maintain a structured testing cadence.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience at a DTC, subscription, or consumer health brand.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience and familiarity with Shopify and Recharge.
  • Strong strategic instincts, data-driven mindset, and experience managing external agencies.
